Adding or Changing Technical Contact(s)
The following table identifies the number of Technical Contacts (Designated Callers) entitled per Maintenance/Support agreements:
Technical Contacts (Designated Callers) changes should be submitted via email to Support_Solutions@symantec.com.
Please email the relevant information related to your Symantec products and Services:
• Product Name
• One of the following:
o Symantec Support ID
o Software Serial Number
o Purchase Order Number
o or Order Number
Please also provide relevant information related to your company and the designated technical contact:
• Company Name
• First Name and Last Name
• Work Phone Number
• Mobile Phone Number
• Email address
• Preferred language
If the contact being provided is intended to replace an existing contact, please specify the party to be replaced.
