To clean a failed installation of the Workspace Virtualization Agent, the WMI Provider must be removed.

To remove the WMI Provider
Type root\default as the namespace, and then click Connect.
Click Delete Class.
Enter the class name AltirisVSProv, VirtualSoftwarePackage, and VirtualSoftwareSublayer and follow the prompts to delete the class.
Remove the following registry keys created by the WMI provider:
