Ldf files are distributed as a self-extracting zip. The ldf file is automatically extracted to the temp folder and executed.
To view or edit the ldf file directly browse to %temp%.

To create virtual software layers
Run the self-extracting exe. A command window appears to display progress.
After the layer is created successfully, you can export the layer using SWV Admin or SWVCmd to create a package.
