Does Helpdesk support using SSL (with POP3 or IMAP) for its email inbox?
Helpdesk is not designed to be able to use SSL with its email inbox. Trying to do so will result in "-ERR" trying to save the inbox.
To use SSL email, upgrade to ServiceDesk 7.x, which does provide support for secure email.
