You can delete a profile definition on the Lists and Profiles page in Process Manager.

To delete a profile definition
In the Process Manager portal, on the Admin tab, click Data > Lists and Profiles.
Click the action symbol (the orange lightning symbol) for a profile, and then click Delete Profile Definition.
