The issue and the workaround are as follows:
SCAP evaluation job for which the data is collected in an agent-based mode may report an error due to failure in compression of result file.
To resolve this issue, on the target computer, set the value of the registry key NtfsDisable8dot3NameCreation available under HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FileSystem to 1.
After setting the registry key value, run the job again.
