How do I uncheck the "Comment visible to guests" by default on the Helpdesk Incident Edit screen?
To set the default value of Visible to Guest as "No", modify the workItemEdit.ascx page. The modification consists of adding one one to the file:
w.current.workitem_comment_visible_to_guest = 0
The line should be inserted before the line of code reading DataStore("ExistingAllAttachments").
To apply this modification, make a copy of the original workItemEdit.ascx page and edit the copy. Redirect Helpdesk to the customized page by using a custom.config file.
