AVT-prefix Symantec VIP Token diagnostic options

Once the Token has generated a dynamic OTP (security code), press and hold down the button for 5 seconds. The following menu options are accessible:

V Sn - View the Mini Token’s serial number.

V Clock - (Only available with Mini Token AT) View the value of the Mini Token’s internal clock.

V Count - View the value of the Mini Token’s synchronous authentication event counter.

V Soft - View the Mini Token’s firmware version.
