On the Windows 2003 desktop, click Start > Administrative Tools > Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
Click the + sign next to the computer name

Step 2: Install Microsoft SQL Server 2000 You can choose the defaults through most of the installation. However, there are a few prompts that you must choose the correct options for the Symantec product to function properly. Please be sure to use the following options:

Step 3: Install Aspen Browse the installation CD to the setup directory and run AspenSetup.exe. You can leave the default selection for most of the prompts. You will need to make the proper selection for the following sections:
1. For the Setup Type please choose
Content and LMS 2. At the Username and Password section you must enter your
Windows Administrator Account information
3. At the Database Username and password section leave the defaults and enter your
"sa" account password 4. When prompted for the SSAP LMS password enter the
password you would like to use for your Aspen administrator account
5. Follow the prompts to the end of the installation (Leave the defaults for any options at this time)
Near the end of the installation a web browser window will appear with a link to setup logs. Please do not interact with this browser until you see a Window stating that the Aspen installation has completed.
Once the above steps are complete Aspen will be installed and can be accessed by going to
http://localhost/ssap. The first page to appear should be a login screen with Username and Password fields. Login using your SSAP LMS username and password that was created during the installation of Aspen
