You can download Symantec Endpoint Protection from Symantec FileConnect.
To access FileConnect you will need your product serial number. If you have not received an order fulfillment email that includes your license certificate, visit the Symantec Licensing portal or contact Customer Care at 1-800-721-3934.
To download licensed product:
- Go to FileConnect.
Note: To change the language in which you are browsing, click Change Language in the top menu.
- Enter your product serial number, and then click Submit Serial Number. The serial number is case sensitive.
- Click the appropriate language for your product, such as "Symantec Endpoint Protection [VERSION] - International English."
- Under Show All Files, click + (the plus sign) for the file you want to download.
- Next to HTTPS Download, click the file link to start the download.

To purchase a current version of a Symantec product, locate a Symantec Partner.

If you are concerned with Spectre/Meltdown, upgrade to 12.1 RU6 MP9 or to any version of SEP 14.0, and then run Windows Update to apply the appropriate updates:

Can I download older versions?
You will receive access to the most recent version of the software at the time of purchase. If you are current on maintenance/support on the license, you will have access to upgrades to which you are entitled via your Version Upgrade serial number. Older versions than what you purchased may not be available.
