The easiest way to remove Symantec System Center is to run the uninstaller program from Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel. If you cannot remove the program this way, then you must remove it manually from these three places:

The hard drive

Go to the following key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Intel\LANDesk\AMS2\MsgSysCfg
In the right pane, delete the RetryMult value.
Go to the following key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ODBC\ODBC.INI\ODBC Data Sources
In the right pane, delete the AMSDB value.
Go to the following key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\InstalledApps
In the right pane, delete the following values:
Exit the Registry Editor.
Restart the computer.
Remove Symantec System Center from the start menu and hard drive
To remove Symantec System Center from the Start menu and hard drive
Right-click the Start button, and then click Open All Users.
Right-click the Symantec System Center folder, and then click Delete.
In Windows Explorer, delete the Program Files\SSC folder.
