During Ghost installation, when you see the window that requests information for registering your Ghost purchase, you see the message "Unable to open registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\symantec\installed apps." After you click OK, you see the message "Unable to open registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\symantec\symantec ghost."
This problem is due to the permissions settings in the Windows registry.
