You can download the latest version of your Symantec software from Symantec FileConnect.
Customers with a support contract
To access FileConnect, you need a valid product serial number. If you have not received an order fulfillment email that includes your license certificate, visit the Symantec Licensing Portal or contact Customer Care at 1-800-721-3934.
To download licensed product:
- Go to FileConnect.
Note: To change the language that is displayed on the page, click Change Language in the top menu.
- Enter your product serial number, and then click Submit Serial Number. The serial number is case-sensitive.
- Click the appropriate language for your product. For example, "Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 - International English."
- Under Show All Files, click + (the plus sign) for the file you want to download.
- Next to HTTPS Download, click the file link to start the download.
Customers without a support contract
If you do not have a current support contract and want to purchase a Symantec product, locate a Symantec Partner.

Can I download older versions of Symantec products?
You have access to the most recent version of Symantec software at the time of purchase. If you are current on Maintenance, you will have access to upgrades to which you are entitled. However, older versions than what you purchased may not be available.
