Ghost 11.5 or 11.51 client crashes upon system start up with a c0000005 error. Application error log shows "Faulting application ngctw32.exe" and cites user32.dll.
This problem arises on certain hardware when the Ghost client is started before an IP address has been assigned.
This issue has been resolved in Ghost 2.5.1 build 2298. Please contact Technical Support in order to obtain this patch.
Note: Before installing build 2298, you must first install build 2269 Contact Symantec Technical support and refer to TECH131612. Build 2269 is a prerequisite for build 2298.
