When extracting the CCS 10 ISO or media file, a Compressed (zipped) Folders Error window : The Compressed (zipped) Folder is invalid or corrupted

Install winzip to extract.

From below options select any two pairs of these files (ISO or Zip) Symantec_Control_Compliance_Suite_Ver_10_0_Windows_EN_ISO.zip Symantec_Control_Compliance_Suite_Ver_10_0_Windows_EN_ISO.z01 or Symantec_Control_Compliance_Suite_Ver_10_0_Windows_EN.zip Symantec_Control_Compliance_Suite_Ver_10_0_Windows_EN.z01 5. Download them to same location 6. Extract the files using either WinZip or Winrar (This is required before you can install the product).
