The digital signature cannot be verified by a trusted source. Only run if you trust the origin of the application.
Symantec has produced a self signed certificate for the Symantec Scan Engine application and as a result this cannot be verified by a trusted certificate authority.
This is expected behavior due to the self signing of the certificate and the inability to check this certificate with an external Certificate Authority (CA).
It is advised to setup an internal CA server and issue your own certificate for the application, in this way it can be verified with it's own CA and hence the message will no longer occur.
Another option would be to buy an external certificate and apply that, this will also resolve the issue.
