Steps to reproduce;
1. Navigate to Manage > Jobs and Tasks
2. Open any existing tasks
3. In the 'Task Status' section, click 'New Schedule'
4. In the New Schedule dialog, check the Schedule radio button, then select
Shared Schedule in its drop down
5. Click on either 'New' or 'Edit'
A blank window displayed.

The bug is in %ProgramFiles%Altiris\TaskManagement\Web\CreateNewSchedule.aspx, which is the page whose content is failing to appear. It can be fixed by removing the the opening and closing DIV tags that surround the content enclosed within the page’s main FORM element. These tags are not present in the mainline version of CreateNewSchedule.aspx.
Issue will be resolved with SMP 7.1. As well this issue will be fixed on SMP 7.0 MR4 release.
You could go to Settings -> Notification Server -> Shared Schedules > Click on Add Schedule.
However if they need the task schedule to run simultaneously across multiple time zones. The window does NOT allow you to select the time zone i.e. use agent/server time or coordinate using UTC, see below.
If the customer needs to use the time zone feature suggest extending the timeout periods for the tasks else create another task for computers in the other time zones with a time offset to accommodate for the time difference. E.g. of the agents are one hour behind the NS schedule the job an hour later and so on.
