After successfully enrolling a Mac OS X client with the PGP Universal Server, why are users prompted to re-enroll with the server?
This issue can occur on Mac OS X systems with antivirus software that is configured to scan all files on access. When a PGP preference file is scanned, it causes an issue with a PGP file and thereby causes PGP Desktop to prompt the user to re-enroll with the PGP Universal Server. This applies to PGP Desktop 10.0.0 - 10.0.2.
This issue will be fixed in an upcoming release of PGP Desktop.
To workaround this issue, exclude the PGP preference files from being scanned by any antivirus software on the system.
