Issue/Introduction

This article provides information on how to manually configure a stand alone PGP Encryption Desktop for Windows client to be managed by a PGP Encryption Server (Symantec Encryption Management Server).

Cause

Symantec Encryption Desktop for Windows was installed as a stand alone client rather than as a managed client by the PGP Encryption Server.
