Intel AMT SOL/IDER redirection does not work unless the Intel PCI Bus driver is installed on the client computer.
The driver is required as part of restarting an AMT enabled system into a SOL or IDER session.
The Intel PCI Bus driver is required to be installed. Check the Device Manager to ensure this is installed correctly on a target machine if IDER or SOL is not functioning properly.
