When performing a local cloning operation, the USB 3.0 external hard drive is either not shown as an available drive in Ghost or the machine locks up when the USB 3.0 drive is connected.
Ghost is currently not compatible with USB 3.0 devices, nor is the 2.x version of WinPE used by Ghost as the PreOS. Although WinPE 3.0 supports USB 3.0, Ghost is not compatible with WinPE 3.0.
The best solution would be to perform a network clone and connect the USB 3.0 device to the GhostCast Server machine running in Windows.
