Tasks running outside of policy compliance schedule even when "Computer is available at the exact scheduled time" is enabled.
IsDue method of IAgentScheduleTask interface returns incorrect result when trigger has field exact="True" and previous check time is provided.
This issue has been tentatively addressed with the Symantec Management Platform and Software Management Solution 7.1 Sp2 release.
