When running LiveUpdate from the Symantec Mail Security for Domino (SMSDOM) 8.x Admin interface, a Java exception/error is displayed on the Domino Console and LiveUpdate is terminated.
The following error is displayed on the Domino Console when LiveUpdate is run from SMSDOM:
Java.exe is not in the default system path
In order to resolve this problem, the "Java" executable command must be run from any location in the system.
To do so, the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) binary path should be added to the system's "PATH" Environment Variable.
