After upgrading Symantec Workspace Virtualization (SWV) 6.1.5126 to 6.4.1346, the machine experienced a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) 3 to 4 hours later during the working day.
For some reason the machine was running out of memory, and SWV was handling this condition poorly (it was trying to free memory it had already freed).
Code checked in to fix the multiple freeing of the MDL (fslxProbeLockAndMap), and will be included in the upcoming 6.1 SP7 Maintenance Pack (MP) 2 release.
The customer also needs to investigate why the machine was running out of memory in the first place.
Windows 7 Enterprise, Service Pack (SP) 1 is not installed
