Attempting to open the "Symantec Barcode Console Application" fails with one of the following errors:
This is caused by a lack of permissions to the folder that will be used to store the local compact database.
There are two possible solutions:
Add or change the DataPath key in the Config.xml file for Barcode Manager. For a list of the available settings see HOWTO60780
