Cubes shows requires processing all the time and does not process. Issue noticed when the ITMS/CMS was upgraded to 7.1 SP2
Under Settings-->IT Analytics Settings-->Cubes (Available tab)
A Connection to a CMDB that includes the following solutions must be configured : Asset Management Solution
Issue may be caused if product upgrade was not properly done.
1. Check the SIM if All the Solution and Suits are on SP2
2. Check SIM if any reconfigure Button is enabled in SIM, if any please reconfigure solution/suite using SIM.
3. If all above steps are done then go to Settings -->Notification Server-->Database Settings and click on repair Database.
Note : Symantec Recommend to run a full backup of database prior to perform any steps on Notification Server or try the steps on test environment.
