After performing PGP Whole Disk Encryption, the system displays the message Initializing loader after rebooting the computer.
PGP Desktop 10.0.x and 10.1.x.
1. Use the recovery disk image to recover the system. Follow the link to download recovery disk iso: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH176201
2. After recovering the disk, upgrade to PGP Desktop 10.2.0 MP3 or newer. Software updates are available on your Symantec FileConnect account: http://www.fileconnect.symantec.com
3. For managed clients, follow the normal upgrade procedure.
