When trying to send an encrypted email to a recipient who resides on the Symantec PGP Universal Server, the following error appears on the BlackBerry device:
You do not have a PGP Key for the following recipient:
The options at this point is to “Do not send”, “Remove from message” or “Send to server.
This error will appear if the messaging option in the PGP Consumer Policy on the Universal Server has not been enabled.
Enable messaging in the Consumer Policy on Symantec PGP Universal Server to enable this. Also, pull the battery out of the BlackBerry device and reboot to ensure policy is downloaded on the device.
