Customer wants to register a new license. The license is registered through the Symantec Mail Security for Domino interface but the antivirus content is not updated.
No Error during the registration of the license.
The new licenses contains the following for the antivirus update:
<name>SMSDOM MPE AntiVirus Content</name>
This newer MPE license conflicts with the previous format of the antivirus content in the previous licenses. Removing previous licenses solves the issue.
This issue has been resolved in version 8.1.2 and higher. If you are experiencing this issue, please upgrade to the latest version of Symantec Mail Security for Domino.
