Clients are not able to connect to Scan Engine on port 1334. Scan Engine fails to complete the TCP handshake and return a status of ‘Server Too Busy’.
netstat results on the client side show connections in a SYN_SENT state.
netstat results on the Scan Engine side show port 1334 connections in either FIN_WAIT or SYN_RECV state.
In short, Scan Engine fails to respond to input, or 'hang'.
One or more of the listener threads died.
Scan Engine Engineering resolved this issue in Scan Engine 5.2.13. Please upgrade to SSE 5.2.13 or later.
