The ghost32.exe (version 11.5.1) isn't handling properly the exFAT partitions on a CF card formatted by Windows CE 6.0.
It falls back to sector-to-sector imaging.
Ghost32.exe (version 11.5.1) doesn't support exFAT partitions.
Sector-by-sector imaging don't allow resizing.
Possible workaround are:
Windows CE 6.0 (CF card)
USB key with bootable Win PE 3.0 32 bit (Ghost32.exe environment)
