You have restored a backup made from the SSIM 4.8 Migration Utility already and you have a need to restore to that server again.
If a successful restore with the SSIM 4.8 Migration Utility has been done, you cannot restore again to the same SSIM.
In the instance the wrong backup made by the 4.8 Migration Utility was restored to a SSIM successfully, you must reinstall the SSIM and then restore the correct backup.
If a restore was attempted but was unsuccessful with the SSIM 4.8 Migration Utility, you can still restore a backup from the Migration Utility to the SSIM.
