When attempting to add a license via the Admin Console (Account > Licensing), the following error is generated: License error: "Destination file open error"
License error: "Destination file open error"
This error occurred when you tried to install a license. The error was caused by a license synchronization process that happened when an administrator ran as root.
When trying to install a license for an on-premise install of Symantec App Center, the "License error: Destination file open error" is generated.
To resolve this error, ssh to the server instance and run the following command:
chown -R apache:apache /usr/local/nukona/licenses
You should now be able to upload and add licenses.
