Cannot Decrypt Symmetric key error when attempting to access IT Analytics Reports.
The report server cannot decrypt the symmetric key that is used to access sensitive or encrypted data in a report server database. You must either restore a backup key or delete all encrypted content.
Corrupted symmetric key.
Restore from a backed up copy of the symmetric key to allow access to the database. If the symmetric key backup is not available, recreate the IT Analytics Analysis database, as described here: Configuring IT Analytics Solution http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO48318
