When attempting to install the SEE Framework, it's possible that this message might be received in error when installing on the primary drive.
This can occur when the primary drive does not show a letter assigned in Disk Management or when running "diskpart", which can sometimes be the result of an imaging or cloning operation.
Follow the instructions provided by Microsoft to assign a drive letter via Disk Management or assign it manually using the diskpart command as illustrated here:
