Unable to build Appcenter native in-house agent in appcenter inbuilt browser and gives us error as
"Could Not Save - There was a server error, and your app could not be saved"

The issue was due to DNS name resolution. The server was not able to resolve internal and external FQDN properly. In this case, it was due to network configuration issues to the DNS.
