When configureing a host with AD users and the 'domain users' group is selected remotes will not be able to authenticate even though the user is a member of the domain users group.
Failure to authenticate, no error.
The cause is still under investication.
Workaround: All of the domain users can be used but the user group domain users will not work. By adding the needed users to a new or different user group and then selecting this for use with pcAnywhere.
