Issue/Introduction

You need to reset a password for a Symantec Email Quarantine account for Email Security.cloud.

Resolution

  1. Go to the login page provisioned for your account.
  2. Click on "Forgot your password?" located under the Password Box.
  3. Enter your email address for Username.
  4. Click the Reset Password button.
  5. Click the link in the email that is sent to you to choose a new password.
  6. Login to the quarantine portal with the new password.

Note: The preferable option for logging on to the quarantine portal is through Single Sign-On (SSO), using the option "Login with Symantec account".
