Starting on Reporter 10.1.5.x, ProxySG appliance can upload the access logs directly to the Reporter appliance with FTP service enable on Reporter.

To enable the FTP service on Reporter, kindly perform the following:

1. Access to Reporter GUI.
2. Click on Administration link on the top right.
3. Navigate to General Settings.
4. Expand Access Control from the left panel and click on File Server Settings.
5. Check on Enable FTP Server and select the User which accessing the FTP service.
6. Click on Save to enable FTP service.
