Resolution

While other browsers might work, these might be limited to certain functionalities. The Symantec.cloud Management Portal only supports the following desktop browsers.

On Microsoft Windows minimum supported version:

  • Internet Explorer: Version 11.0 
  • Google Chrome: Version 25.0
  • Mozilla Firefox: Version 27.0
  • Safari Version 7.0

On MAC OS minimum supported version:

  • Google Chrome: Version 25.0
  • Mozilla Firefox: Version 20.0
