Issue/Introduction
UMC Console displays an error-"Unexpected System Error occurred. Please try again later, or contact service administrator"
Cause
The Console Port number that was used during management server installation, Port 4443 was blocked.
Resolution
Whitelist Port 4443 over the Firewall and Test connection to the DCS Management Server using the Telnet command over Port 4443.Then try to login to the UMC Console via the URL:
https://<DCS Server IP>:8443/webportal/#/
