Issue/Introduction
When attempting to activate the Azure Securlet, received a red popup error message.
Invalid Response: Azure returned invalid response. Please contact the Elastica support team. Reference: <error string>
Cause
MFA may interfere during activation
Resolution
- Disable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to allow Securlet activation.
- Re-enable MFA.
- If error persists copy/paste error from red popup window and open a CASB Support case
