Task fails to run with exit code 2147943726

Issue/Introduction
Patch update is failing. The Run History for the task shows an exit code of 2147943726. What is this?
Cause
The agent logs are reporting this error:
Failed to launch SWD task 'office2003-KB934181-FullFile-ENU.exe for MS07-024' with command line 'MS07-024_office2003-KB934181-FullFile-ENU_6bf45.bat': Failed to logon user: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password. (-2147023570)
Resolution
The tasks were configured to run with a "Specified User". The password for this user was re-entered on the Programs tab for the package.
Once the clients run a client config request and got the change, the updates run successfully.
