Starting the Validation server from the command line erroneously returns an error
./vsauthstartserver command generates an error
Resolution: This issue does not occur with Symantec Unified Authentication 4.1 OTP.
Workaround: For Symantec Unified Authentication 4.0 OTP, instead of using the vsauthstartserver script the server can be started with the following.
./VSValidation --config-file radserv.conf --console
This was tested on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.0 (RHEL 4.0) on a 64-bit box.
