In Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP), under Help > Troubleshooting > Connection Status, you see the error "Could not connect to server."
This error indicates that there is a problem with the connection.
To troubleshoot this error, run the Symantec Diagnostic Tool (SymDiag).
