Guaranteed Hardware Delivery Validation Process

 

Symantec Support options that provide guaranteed hardware delivery (i.e., next business day and 4 hour delivery which are part of the Advanced and Premium/Premium Plus Service Option packages) must be validated before submitting a purchase order to ensure we can meet the hardware delivery time at the customer's location.

Request Form for Site Validation Approvals

The request is valid for 60 days of receipt, after 60 days a new submission will be required. A response will be provided within 2 business days of request during normal business hours with the SVA # (Site Validation Approval Number). Month and Quarter End's requests will be processed within 2 hours until 2400hrs (PST).

 

Submit all requests to DL-BC-SVARequests@symantec.com for approval.
