Save the report as a compressed file that contains an HTML file and graphic files. When you unzip the file and open it in a Web browser, the HTML file appears as it appeared originally, with the graphics inline.
You can save the report as a .csv text file with comma, semicolon, or tab-delimited data. After you save the report as a .csv file, you can import it into a spreadsheet. The report is saved as a delimited text file no matter which Table box or Graph box is checked.
To view a CSV file that contains double-byte characters in Microsoft Excel, specify a comma-delimited, UTF-8 file in the MS Excel Text Import Wizard. Alternatively, you can open the CSV file in a text editor that can convert UTF-8 to Unicode and save the CSV file as Unicode.
This file format is not available for the Executive Summary report.
You can save the report as an Adobe Acrobat .pdf file. The PDF file looks similar to the HTML version of the file, though the sections are broken into pages. You can view the saved PDF file in a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
You must generate a report before you can save it.
