Configuring a default system for taking action on risks
You can configure Symantec Workflow, Symantec ServiceDesk , or email as the default system for treating risks. The remediation system that you set as default is used by risk manager to submit the action plan.
To configure a default system for treating risks
On the CCS Web console, go to Settings > Risk Management.
The Risk Management System Settings page is displayed.
