Symantec Support options that provide guaranteed hardware delivery (ie next business day and 4 hours delivery which are part of the Advanced and Premium Plus Service Option packages) must be vaidated before submitting a purchase order to ensure we can meet the hardware delivery time at the customer's locaton.

The request is valid for sixty (60) days of receipt, after 60 days a new submission will be required. A response will be provided within 2 business days of request during normal business hours with the SVA # (Site Validation Approval Number). Month and Quater End requests will be processed within 2 hours until 2400hrs (PST).
