Numerous Error Parsing XML errors are occurring in the Symantec Management Platform logs (a.logs).

These errors occur when blank / empty NSE's are processed. Since these NSE's contain no data, the expected XML structure is not present resulting in this error.
Root cause and source of the blank NSE files is not yet known. In one customer environment, the symptoms disappeared on their own.
In order to troubleshoot this issue further, the timestamps on the bad NSE's would need be correlated to entries in the IIS logs. The source machine(s) could then be identified based on the matching timestamps for ../PostEvent.aspx POST entries.
